Rhyme Time

Rhyme Time

There is something magical about turning ordinary, everyday words into a poem. I think you’ll see what I mean when you click on the covers of these magazines and read some of my poems. Maybe you will want to write poems yourself.

Old Ted
My children each had a favorite bedtime friend that suffered from too much loving. Chris and Sandra are all grown up now but I still have their favorite friends safely tucked away.
Spotting Spotty Cheetahs
This fun poem is also a puzzle.  Can you find all six hidden cheetahs?  Don’t forget to count the ones on page 2!
Garden Party
A pun is a play on words that sound alike and may look alike but have different meanings like “stalk”. Stalk can mean the stem of a plant or to walk sneakily. Can you find other puns in this poem?
